Eleiko Smart Clips Marketing Plan

Developing a smart training product and go-to-market strategy for Eleiko.

Overview

I was tasked with creating a marketing plan to launch a new product for an existing company that aligns with its brand and target audience. I chose Eleiko and developed Eleiko Smart Clips, a concept product that tracks barbell workout performance to help athletes measure and improve their training. 

What I Learned and Skills I Used

This project helped me develop a structured approach to building a marketing strategy from research to product launch. Through this process, I strengthened my skills in market research, audience analysis, product positioning, and marketing strategy development. It also reinforced the importance of aligning a new product with a company’s brand identity and customer needs, while using data and market insights to guide strategic decisions.
